Who is am I?

Hello, I am Rainie. I was born in the United States to first-generation Taiwanese immigrants. Raised in a middle-class family with parents who valued education and held strong religious faith, I developed high standards for success early on, both academically and spiritually. For much of my life, I found happiness in making others happy, often sacrificing my own well-being to support those around me. This habit extended to my romantic relationships, where I remained in toxic situations out of a desire to please others and a fear of the sunk cost fallacy.

After years of prioritizing others, I reached a turning point in my thirties. Unhappy with my financial, physical, and mental state, I decided to take control of my life. Through extensive research and self-reflection, I made significant changes. While it’s still an ongoing battle, I’ve seen major growth. I am now debt-free, healthier than ever, and on a path toward greater happiness and fulfillment.

Sharing knowledge is a powerful tool for personal growth and finding peace on the journey to happiness. My mission is to share the lessons and insights that helped me navigate through difficult times. I believe everyone deserves the chance to live a full life of happiness, and that there is always hope, even when it doesn't feel like it. While the pursuit of happiness can sometimes feel like an ongoing struggle, discovering practical tips and strategies can ease the journey, making it more fulfilling and rewarding.
